3Chat.AI Open Platform User Guide | Obtaining MCP Authorization API_KEY

1. Functional Description

Create an API Authentication and obtain the MCP API_KEY through the AI office platform (such as Doubao Work, Qianwen Office, WorkBuddy) or other open platforms. Then, use the 3Chat Private Domain Customer Operations connector in WorkBuddy.

2. Register a 3Chat Account

If you do not yet have a 3Chat account, please go to the 3Chat Official Website to register and use it, allowing 3Chat agents to handle your customer inquiries.

3. Create API Authorization

1. Open Open Platform → API Authentication → New
   

   

2. Enter a name and save.

3. After creation, the system will automatically redirect to the details page. Copy the APP key content and fill it into the connector in Doubao Work.
   

   

4. Security Recommendations

• Principle of Least Privilege: Only authorize access to necessary interfaces.
• Secure Storage: Tokens should not appear in frontend code; they can be saved in backend configurations or key management services.
• Regular Rotation: It is recommended to update tokens regularly to ensure account and data security.
