To manage customer interactions more efficiently, you can integrate and host 3Chat.ai with your WeChat Work (Enterprise WeChat) account. This allows AI customer service to help you maintain smooth communication with customers on WeChat Work.
Steps
- In the left sidebar menu, go to WeChat Integration → Connect to WeChat Work
- Click Add Hosted Account
- Select WeChat Work, then create your account
- Scan the QR code with your WeChat Work app to complete the hosting setup
Once successfully bound, you can let AI customer service host your WeChat Work account and communicate with customer WeChat accounts, achieving efficient automated service.

Workeasy solution: A low-level integration solution developed based on the Mac client. After hosting, the mobile app will display “Logged in via Mac.” It cannot be logged in simultaneously with the WeChat Work PC client; otherwise, you will be logged out.

Workmate solution: A low-level integration solution developed based on the iPad client for the Apple system. It supports simultaneous login with the WeChat Work PC client. It cannot be logged in simultaneously with the WeChat Work iPad client; otherwise, you will be logged out.

Note: The Workmate solution triggers real-name authentication upon first login. Complete real-name authentication on your mobile phone before scanning the QR code to host the account.
