Empower your WhatsApp Business number with AI-driven capabilities. Thanks to the latest backend updates from 3Chat, we’ve streamlined the integration process into a standard four-step procedure using official templates.
Access Point: 3Chat Dashboard → [Channels] → ManyChat
Step 1: Create/Verify Your ManyChat Account
- Ensure you have a ManyChat account and that your WhatsApp Business number is successfully connected.
- If you haven’t registered yet, click the link in “Step 1” on the interface to sign up.
Step 2: Authorize ManyChat (Allow 3Chat to Control ManyChat)
- Purpose: Allow 3Chat to send AI-generated replies back to users.
- In the ManyChat Dashboard, click Settings → Extensions → API.
- Generate a new API Key and copy it. Direct Link.
- Go to the 3Chat Dashboard, locate the API Key field at the bottom of the interface, and paste the key into the input box.
- Click [Save] (Save and Sync).
Step 3: Install the Official 3Chat Template
Select the channel template you wish to integrate and install it into your ManyChat workspace. Templates are currently available for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, and Telegram.
Step 4: Let 3Chat AI Take Over All Messages
- Open Settings → Channels → WhatsApp → Default Reply → Select Existing. Direct Link.
- Select the configured flow.
- Open the selected default workflow, click the trigger node (the first node), and toggle on the
Default Replyswitch.
- In the new small card that appears, set the trigger time to
every time.
- You can now automatically take over all WhatsApp private messages.
All Done! 
Your WhatsApp is now managed by AI. Try sending a message to your WhatsApp number to test if the AI replies instantly.
