Currently, our platform does not support importing chat history from Enterprise WeChat prior to account migration.
For the requirement you mentioned, the platform offers two potential solutions:
Method 1: If your customers have tags assigned, you can import these relevant tags to 3chat.
Method 2: You can first export the customer’s conversation history locally, use a large language model to generate summaries for each customer based on your rules, and then write these summaries back to 3chat.
Specific API usage and implementation steps:
First, complete the account migration process on the 3chat platform.
Then, use the platform’s open “Visitor API - Query” endpoint: /api/open/v3/butlervisitor/query to retrieve information for all visitors.
For example, you can use conditions.name under KEYWORD to search by customer name.
From the query results, you can obtain the customer’s dataId in 3chat.
Method 1: Use the platform’s open “Visitor API - Update” endpoint: /api/open/v3/butler/visitor/update.
Use the dataId obtained in step 2 (which corresponds to the id in this API) to locate the corresponding customer and write their profile information.
You can write custom profile fields, such as:
Method 2: You can set up an automated workflow. When a customer first chats with your migrated account on 3chat, trigger an MCP call via an automated workflow. Configure the Agent skills to pass the following parameters when calling MCP: the contact’s dataId, the contact’s name, and the conversation’s dataId.
In the automated workflow, locate the summary of the customer’s historical conversations by name. Then, use the “Conversation API - Update” endpoint: /api/open/v4/butler/conversation/update to write the summary of the customer’s historical conversations into the customer’s conversation summary field.
During ongoing conversations, after each conversation ends, our backend will integrate the existing summary with the new summary. You can also configure custom summary generation strategies through this setting.
