As shown in the figure, we have configured three sales accounts. However, only Xiang Ximeng’s account executes the WeChat addition. The Maiwulan account does not return the “Waiting for Approval” message. Could you please investigate the reason?

First, check whether the sales table in your multidimensional spreadsheet includes the ID of the newly added managed account. If it does not, go to the 3Chat backend to [WeChat Interconnection - Connect Enterprise WeChat] to find the corresponding managed account ID (starting with 1689). You need to add the corresponding salesperson’s ID to the table and ensure that the managed account is online. Refer to Xiang Ximeng’s example.
Confirmed, everything is configured. However, only the account for Xiangmeng returned the WeChat addition execution result.
