Internal Task Notification

When the bot identifies a customer query with no matching result in the knowledge base, it must automatically execute a notification task (configured as group message notification or designated personnel message notification) via WeCom.

You can configure MCP tools to send notifications to specific personnel; the Space 3 Chat API documentation includes an interface for sending messages.

This can be combined with multi-dimensional spreadsheets.

I didn’t quite understand it. This API documentation explains how to send messages to an agent, but I want to know how to implement sending messages from the agent via a managed WeCom account to a specific other WeCom account.
