For the Enterprise WeChat channel, when customers send videos, we want the AI to take some action. However, in reality, video messages are not handled by the AI. You can provide the AI with a prompt:

Did the user send a video?

The current strategy does not separately categorize video content types. For attachments and videos sent in conversations, please refer to 3Chat’s open API: Agent → API → Send Message to Agent, specifically the file parameter method for attachments.
