Do you mean the requirement to consistently respond to customers in a specified language?
We released this feature in the mid-July version.
This was fine before, and I’ve mentioned it multiple times. There are still issues even with the fallback logic.

Do you mean the requirement to always respond to customer questions in a specified language?
We released this feature in the mid-July version.
For the current online version, the default language setting in the backend product strategy logic means that when the language used by the customer in their conversation cannot be identified, this default language will be used.
I’ve set up the logic to reply in the language corresponding to the customer’s region, but it’s still replying in the wrong language.

Regarding the default language setting in the current online version, the backend product strategy logic is that when the language used by the customer in the conversation cannot be identified, this default language will be used.
The issue has been fixed and deployed.
