Dianping - Super Frontend Skill Usage Tutorial

1. Skill Overview

After configuring the alert phone number and successfully connecting an Android phone to your computer, you can launch the “Dianping - Super Frontend” skill. The skill will automatically open the Meituan Business Package app on the phone, navigate to the Review Management -> Dianping Reviews -> Unreplied page, read unreplied reviews one by one, generate merchant replies suitable for the public comment section, and automatically send them on the mobile device.

This skill is suitable for Dianping merchants for batch processing of unreplied reviews, maintaining store reputation, and improving review operation efficiency. Unlike skills that automatically reply to private messages, this skill executes a one-time task: it processes reviews one by one up to the set maximum number of replies, stopping when there are no more unreplied reviews, the maximum limit is reached, or an exception occurs.

If the phone connection is lost, the page becomes unresponsive, or the task is interrupted abnormally during execution, the system will send an SMS alert to the configured phone number.

2. Prerequisites

Before using this skill, please prepare the following:

  1. Android Phone

    • The phone must be connectable to the computer via a USB data cable;
    • The Meituan Business Package app must be installed and logged in on the phone;
    • It is recommended to keep the screen on or avoid long periods of screen locking during operation.

  2. USB Data Cable

    • It is recommended to use a data cable that supports data transfer;
    • If the computer cannot recognize the phone, try replacing the data cable or the USB port first.

  3. Meituan Business Package Account

    • Please open the Meituan Business Package app on the phone first;
    • Confirm that the account is logged in;
    • Confirm that you can normally access Review Management -> Dianping Reviews;
    • Confirm that the account has permission to reply to store reviews.

  4. Phone Number

    • Used to receive alert SMS messages for phone disconnection, page anomalies, task failures, etc.

3. Configuring Environment Variables

Before launching the skill, you need to configure the following environment variables in 3ChatClaw.

How to Configure Environment Variables in 3ChatClaw

  1. Click Environment Variables in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Add Variable.
  3. In the left key field, enter: DIANPING_COMMENT_REPLYING_PHONE.
  4. In the right value field, enter the phone number for receiving SMS alerts.
  5. Click Save in the top right corner.

4. Connecting the Android Phone

This skill requires controlling the Android phone via the computer, so you must complete the phone connection before launching the skill.

1. Enable Developer Mode

The entry point varies slightly depending on the Android brand. The following uses Xiaomi HyperOS as an example:

  1. Open the phone Settings.
  2. Click My Device.
  3. Find OS Version or System Version.
  4. Tap OS Version about 5 times continuously until the phone indicates that Developer Mode has been enabled.

For other Android phones, you can generally enable Developer Mode by tapping Version Number, System Version, or Software Version continuously in Settings -> About Phone.

2. Enable USB Debugging

The following still uses Xiaomi HyperOS as an example:

  1. Return to the phone Settings home page.
  2. Swipe down to find and click More Settings.
  3. Click Developer Options.
  4. Enable USB Debugging.
  5. If the following switches appear on the page, it is also recommended to enable them:
    • USB Installation
    • USB Debugging (Security Settings)

During the enabling process, the phone may display a risk warning or a countdown confirmation. Please read it and click OK or Allow.

3. Allow Computer Debugging of the Phone

After connecting to the computer, the phone usually displays a confirmation box asking Allow USB debugging?.

  1. Check Always allow debugging on this computer.
  2. Click OK or Allow.
  3. If no pop-up appears, try replugging the data cable or turning USB Debugging off and on again.

4. Connect the Phone to the Computer via Data Cable

  1. Connect the phone and computer using a USB data cable.
  2. Swipe down from the top of the phone screen to open the notification panel.
  3. Find the USB connection notification.
  4. Select File Transfer as the USB usage mode; do not select Charging only.

Some phones may display File Transfer, MTP, or Transfer Photos/Files. Please select the mode that allows data transfer.

5. Confirm Successful Connection

After a successful connection, 3ChatClaw can automatically recognize and control the phone when launching the skill. Under normal circumstances, the skill will automatically open or switch to the Meituan Business Package, navigate to Review Management -> Dianping Reviews -> Unreplied, and begin processing unreplied reviews.

If the system prompts that no device is detected after launching, please check the following first:

  • Whether USB Debugging is enabled on the phone;
  • Whether the USB usage mode is set to File Transfer;
  • Whether Allow USB Debugging was clicked on the phone pop-up;
  • Whether the data cable supports data transfer;
  • Whether only one Android device that needs to be controlled is connected to the computer;
  • Whether the Meituan Business Package app is installed and logged in.

5. Installing the Skill

Users can download and install this skill from the skill marketplace.

  1. Click Skill Marketplace in the left sidebar to enter the marketplace page.
  2. Search for or browse for Dianping - Super Frontend.
  3. Click the skill card.
  4. Click Install with One Click to complete the installation.
  5. After installation, click Installed Skills in the left sidebar to view installed skills.

6. Executing the Skill

This skill supports two execution methods:

  • Execute by sending a Prompt via chat;
  • Execute via the Tasks feature.

Note: Before executing the skill, please ensure that environment variables are configured and the Android phone’s USB debugging connection is complete.

Executing the Skill via Chat

1. Obtain the Startup Prompt

  1. Click Skill Marketplace in the left sidebar.
  2. Find and click the Dianping - Super Frontend skill.
  3. Copy the Prompt from the pop-up skill card.

The default Prompt for this skill is:

Use the dianping-comment-replying skill to automatically reply to unreplied comments on Dianping.

2. Execute the Skill

  1. Paste the copied Prompt into the chat box.
  2. You can specify the maximum number of replies, for example, Max 20 replies.
  3. To make replies more consistent with the store’s tone, you can provide a store profile, such as store type, average spending, service style, common dishes, or specialties.
  4. Click Send.
  5. Wait for 3ChatClaw to respond.
  6. 3ChatClaw will check environment variables and phone connection status.
  7. After passing the check, the skill will automatically connect to the Android phone.
  8. The phone will enter or return to Meituan Business Package -> Review Management -> Dianping Reviews -> Unreplied.
  9. The skill will start reading unreplied reviews one by one, generating replies, and sending them.

During operation, it is recommended to:

  • Keep the phone connected to the computer; do not unplug the data cable;
  • Keep the Meituan Business Package account logged in;
  • Ensure stable phone network;
  • Do not manually switch to other apps or frequently operate the phone.

Executing the Skill via Tasks

If you want to fix the processing of unreplied Dianping reviews into a task entry, you can execute this skill using the Tasks feature.

Operation Steps

  1. Click Tasks in the left sidebar to enter the task center.
  2. Click Create Task.
  3. Select Dianping - Super Frontend.
  4. Enter a task name, for example, Dianping Unreplied Reviews Auto-Reply.
  5. Set the Maximum Number of Replies, for example, 20.
  6. Optionally enter a Store Profile to help generate replies that better match the store’s style.
  7. Confirm and click Create Task.
  8. After the task is created, you can view it in the task center.
  9. Click Run Now to execute the task.
  10. Wait for 3ChatClaw to respond.
  11. The task execution process will be displayed as a pop-up in the top right corner or in the chat results.
  12. Once the phone enters Meituan Business Package -> Review Management -> Dianping Reviews -> Unreplied, the skill will start auto-replying.
  13. To view the current task execution results, click Chat in the left sidebar.

7. Task End and Stop

This skill is not a long-term listening task. Under normal circumstances, the task will automatically end when any of the following conditions occur:

  • There are no unreplied reviews available for processing;
  • The set maximum number of replies for this session has been reached;
  • There are no remaining unreplied reviews after page refresh;
  • The system detects that the page is frozen and stops to avoid duplicate replies;
  • Phone disconnection, page anomaly, or reply failure.

If you need to stop midway, please avoid further phone operation and send a command similar to the following in 3ChatClaw:

Stop Dianping - Super Frontend task

After stopping, the skill will not continue processing subsequent unreplied reviews.

8. Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why does it prompt that environment variables are missing?

This indicates that 3ChatClaw is currently unable to read the required environment variables for this skill.

Please check if the following has been configured and saved:

  • DIANPING_COMMENT_REPLYING_PHONE

If you have recently modified the environment variables, please save them and re-execute the skill.

2. Why can’t the computer recognize the phone?

Common reasons include:

  • Developer mode is not enabled on the phone;
  • USB Debugging is not enabled on the phone;
  • The phone’s USB usage mode is still set to Charging only;
  • Allow USB Debugging was not clicked in the phone pop-up;
  • The data cable only supports charging and does not support data transfer;
  • Multiple Android devices are connected to the computer simultaneously, causing the skill to be unable to determine which one to control.

It is recommended to re-check according to Part 4 of this document and prioritize replacing the data cable or USB port.

3. The phone is already connected, but why can’t the skill still operate it?

Please check:

  • Whether the phone is locked;
  • Whether the Meituan Business Package app is logged in;
  • Whether the Meituan Business Package app is obscured by system pop-ups, permission pop-ups, or update pop-ups;
  • Whether the current account can normally access Review Management -> Dianping Reviews;
  • Whether the current account has permission to reply to reviews;
  • Whether ADBKeyboard is installed and enabled;
  • Whether the phone network is normal;
  • Whether you have manually switched to another app.

After resolving the issues, re-execute the skill.

4. Why did I receive an exception alert SMS during operation?

This indicates that the skill detected phone disconnection, unresponsive pages, failed comment replies, or other anomalies during execution. The system will send an SMS alert and stop the current task.

After receiving the alert, please handle it in the following order:

  1. Confirm the phone is still connected to the computer;
  2. Confirm the data cable is not loose;
  3. Confirm the phone is still in File Transfer mode;
  4. Unlock the phone and check if an Allow USB Debugging pop-up appears;
  5. Confirm the Meituan Business Package app is still logged in;
  6. Confirm ADBKeyboard is functioning normally;
  7. Re-execute the skill.

5. Can I manually operate the phone while the skill is running?

No. The skill will automatically click, input, send, and refresh pages during operation. Manual operation may cause changes in page position, affecting reply stability.

If you need to manually handle reviews, it is recommended to stop the current task first, complete the manual handling, and then re-execute the skill.
