Meituan Reviews - Super Front Desk Skill Usage Guide

I. Skill Overview

After configuring the alert phone number and successfully connecting an Android phone to the computer, users can launch the “Meituan Reviews - Super Front Desk” skill. The skill will automatically open the Meituan Business Package on the phone, navigate to the Review Management -> Meituan Reviews -> Unreplied page, read unreplied reviews one by one, generate merchant responses suitable for the public comment section, and automatically send them from the phone.

This skill is suitable for Meituan merchants to batch-process unreplied reviews, maintain store reputation, and improve review operation efficiency. Unlike private message auto-reply skills, this skill executes a one-time task: it processes reviews one by one up to the configured maximum number of replies, stopping when there are no more reviews to reply to, the maximum count is reached, or an exception occurs.

If the phone connection is lost, the page becomes unresponsive, or the task is interrupted abnormally during operation, the system will send an SMS alert to the configured phone number.


II. Prerequisites

Before using this skill, please prepare the following:

  1. Android Phone

    • The phone must be connectable to the computer via a USB data cable;
    • The Meituan Business Package must be installed and logged in on the phone;
    • It is recommended to keep the phone screen on or avoid locking it for extended periods during operation.
  2. USB Data Cable

    • Use a cable that supports data transmission;
    • If the computer fails to recognize the phone, try replacing the data cable or the USB port first.
  3. Meituan Business Package Account

    • Open the Meituan Business Package on the phone first;
    • Confirm that the account is logged in;
    • Confirm that you can normally access Review Management -> Meituan Reviews;
    • Confirm that the account has permission to reply to store reviews.
  4. Phone Number

    • Used to receive SMS alerts for phone disconnection, page errors, task failures, etc.

III. Configuring Environment Variables

Before launching the skill, the following environment variables must be configured in 3ChatClaw.

How to Configure Environment Variables in 3ChatClaw

  1. Click Environment Variables in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Add Variable.
  3. In the left key field, enter: MEITUAN_COMMENT_REPLYING_PHONE.
  4. In the right value field, enter the phone number to receive SMS alerts.
  5. Click Save in the top right corner.

IV. Connecting the Android Phone

This skill requires controlling an Android phone via a computer, so the phone connection must be completed before launching the skill.

1. Enable Developer Mode

The entry point varies slightly across different Android brands. The following example uses Xiaomi HyperOS:

  1. Open the phone Settings.
  2. Tap My Device.
  3. Find OS Version or System Version.
  4. Tap OS Version repeatedly about 5 times until the phone prompts that Developer Mode has been enabled.

For other Android phones, you can usually enable Developer Mode by repeatedly tapping Build Number, System Version, or Software Version in Settings -> About Phone.

2. Enable USB Debugging

The following example still uses Xiaomi HyperOS:

  1. Return to the main Settings page.
  2. Scroll down to find and tap Additional Settings.
  3. Tap Developer Options.
  4. Enable USB Debugging.
  5. If the following switches appear on the page, it is also recommended to enable them:
    • USB Installation
    • USB Debugging (Security Settings)

During the enabling process, the phone may display a risk warning or a countdown confirmation. Please read it and tap OK or Allow.

3. Allow Computer to Debug Phone

After connecting to the computer, the phone usually pops up a confirmation box asking Allow USB debugging?.

  1. Check Always allow from this computer.
  2. Tap OK or Allow.
  3. If no pop-up appears, try unplugging and replugging the data cable, or turn USB Debugging off and on again.

4. Connect Phone to Computer via Data Cable

  1. Connect the phone and computer using a USB data cable.
  2. Pull down the phone notification bar.
  3. Find the USB connection notification.
  4. Select Transfer Files as the USB purpose; do not select Charge Only.

Some phones may display File Transfer, MTP, or Transfer Photos/Files; select the mode that allows data transmission.

5. Confirm Successful Connection

After a successful connection, 3ChatClaw can automatically recognize and control the phone when launching the skill. Normally, the skill will automatically open or switch to Meituan Business Package, navigate to Review Management -> Meituan Reviews -> Unreplied, and start processing unreplied reviews.

If the system prompts that no device is detected after launching, please check the following first:

  • Is USB Debugging enabled on the phone?
  • Is the USB purpose set to Transfer Files?
  • Has Allow USB Debugging been tapped on the phone?
  • Does the data cable support data transmission?
  • Is only one Android device that needs control connected to the computer?
  • Is the Meituan Business Package installed and logged in?
  • Is ADBKeyboard installed and switchable?

V. Installing the Skill

Users can download and install this skill from the Skill Marketplace.

  1. Click Skill Marketplace in the left sidebar to enter the Skill Marketplace page.
  2. Search or browse for Meituan Reviews - Super Front Desk.
  3. Click the skill card.
  4. Click One-Click Install to complete the installation.
  5. After installation, click Installed Skills in the left sidebar to view installed skills.

VI. Executing the Skill

This skill supports two execution methods:

  • Execute by sending a Prompt via chat;
  • Execute via the Task function.

Note: Before executing the skill, please confirm that environment variables are configured and the Android phone USB debugging connection is completed.


Executing the Skill via Chat

1. Get the Launch Prompt

  1. Click Skill Marketplace in the left sidebar.
  2. Find and click the Meituan Reviews - Super Front Desk skill.
  3. Copy the Prompt from the pop-up skill card.

The default Prompt for this skill is:

2. Execute the Skill

  1. Paste the copied Prompt into the chat box.
  2. Optionally specify the maximum number of replies, e.g., Reply up to 20 reviews.
  3. To make the replies better match the store’s tone, you can add store details such as store type, average price per order, service style, common dishes, or unique features.
  4. Click Send.
  5. Wait for 3ChatClaw to respond.
  6. 3ChatClaw will check the environment variables and phone connection status.
  7. Upon successful check, the skill will automatically connect to the Android phone.
  8. The phone will enter or return to Meituan Business Package -> Review Management -> Meituan Reviews -> Unreplied.
  9. The skill will start reading unreplied reviews one by one, generating replies, and sending them.

During operation, it is recommended to maintain:

  • The phone connected to the computer; do not unplug the data cable;
  • The Meituan Business Package account remains logged in;
  • Stable phone network connection;
  • Avoid manually switching to other apps or frequently operating the phone.

Executing the Skill via Task

If you want to fix the handling of unreplied Meituan reviews as a dedicated task entry, you can execute this skill via the Task function.

Operation Steps

  1. Click Tasks in the left sidebar to enter the Task Center.
  2. Click Create Task.
  3. Select Meituan Reviews - Super Front Desk.
  4. Enter a task name, e.g., Automatic Reply to Unreplied Meituan Reviews.
  5. Set Maximum Number of Replies, e.g., 20.
  6. Optionally fill in Store Profile to help generate replies that better match the store’s style.
  7. Confirm and click Create Task.
  8. After the task is created, you can view it in the Task Center.
  9. Click Run Now to execute the task.
  10. Wait for 3ChatClaw to respond.
  11. The task execution process will be displayed via a pop-up in the top right corner or as a chat result.
  12. After the phone enters Meituan Business Package -> Review Management -> Meituan Reviews -> Unreplied, the skill will start automatically replying.
  13. To view the current task execution result, click Chat in the left sidebar.

VII. Task Completion and Stopping

This skill is not a long-term listening task. Normally, the task will automatically end under any of the following conditions:

  • There are no more unreplied reviews to process;
  • The configured maximum number of replies for this session has been reached;
  • After refreshing the page, no unreplied reviews remain;
  • The system detects the page is stuck and stops to avoid duplicate replies;
  • The phone disconnects, the page encounters an error, or the reply fails.

If you need to stop midway, please avoid further phone operations and send a command similar to the following in 3ChatClaw:

After stopping, the skill will not continue processing subsequent unreplied reviews.


VIII. Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why does it prompt that environment variables are missing?

This indicates that 3ChatClaw has not read the required environment variables for this skill.

Please check if the following has been configured and saved:

  • MEITUAN_COMMENT_REPLYING_PHONE

If you have just modified the environment variables, please save them and re-execute the skill.

2. Why can’t the computer recognize the phone?

Common causes include:

  • Developer Mode is not enabled on the phone;
  • USB Debugging is not enabled on the phone;
  • The USB purpose on the phone is still set to Charge Only;
  • Allow USB Debugging was not tapped in the phone pop-up;
  • The data cable only supports charging and not data transmission;
  • Multiple Android devices are connected to the computer simultaneously, causing the skill to be unable to determine which one to control.

It is recommended to re-check according to Part IV of this document and prioritize replacing the data cable or USB port.

3. The phone is connected, why can’t the skill operate?

Please check:

  • Is the phone locked?
  • Is the Meituan Business Package logged in?
  • Is the Meituan Business Package obscured by system pop-ups, permission pop-ups, or update pop-ups?
  • Can the current account normally access Review Management -> Meituan Reviews?
  • Does the current account have review reply permissions?
  • Is ADBKeyboard installed and enabled?
  • Is the phone network normal?
  • Have you manually switched to another app?

After resolving the issue, re-execute the skill.

4. Why did I receive an exception alert SMS during operation?

This indicates that the skill detected phone disconnection, the page became unresponsive, review reply failure, or other exceptions during operation. The system will send an SMS alert and stop the current task.

Upon receiving an alert, please handle it in the following order:

  1. Confirm the phone is still connected to the computer;
  2. Confirm the data cable is not loose;
  3. Confirm the phone is still in Transfer Files mode;
  4. Unlock the phone and check if the Allow USB Debugging pop-up appears;
  5. Confirm the Meituan Business Package is still logged in;
  6. Confirm ADBKeyboard is functioning normally;
  7. Re-execute the skill.

5. Can I manually operate the phone while the skill is running?

No. While the skill is running, it will automatically click, input, send, and refresh pages. Manual operation may cause changes in page layout, affecting reply stability.

If you need to manually handle reviews, it is recommended to stop the current task first, complete the manual handling, and then re-execute the skill.
