Pinduoduo - Gold Sales Champion Skill Usage Tutorial

Pinduoduo - Gold Sales Champion Skill User Guide

I. Skill Introduction

After configuring the Reply Token and Alert Phone Number, and successfully connecting an Android phone to your computer, you can launch the “Pinduoduo - Gold Sales Champion” skill. The skill will automatically navigate to the Chat -> Today's Needs to Serve page in the Pinduoduo Merchant App on your phone, listen for buyer inquiries, use 3ChatClaw to generate customer service sales replies, and automatically send them on the phone.

This skill is suitable for Pinduoduo merchants for high-frequency customer service handling, pre-sales inquiry follow-ups, order conversion, and handling buyer issues. If the phone connection is lost or 3ChatClaw cannot continue to control the phone during operation, the system will attempt to reconnect. If reconnection fails, an SMS alert will be sent to the configured phone number, and the listening process will automatically stop.

IV. Connecting the Android Phone

This skill requires controlling the Android phone via the computer, so you must complete the phone connection before launching the skill.

The entry point varies slightly across different Android brands. The following uses Xiaomi HyperOS as an example:

  1. Open phone Settings.
  2. Click My Device.
  3. Find OS Version or System Version.
  4. Tap OS Version about 5 times continuously until the phone prompts that Developer Mode has been enabled.

For other Android phones, you can generally enable Developer Mode by tapping Version Number, System Version, or Software Version continuously in Settings -> About Phone.

2. Enable USB Debugging

The following still uses Xiaomi HyperOS as an example:

  1. Return to the phone Settings home page.
  2. Scroll down to find and click More Settings.
  3. Click Developer Options.
  4. Enable USB Debugging.
  5. If the following switches appear on the page, it is also recommended to enable them:
    • USB Installation
    • USB Debugging (Security Settings)

During the enabling process, the phone may pop up a risk warning or countdown confirmation. Please read it and click OK or Allow.

3. Allow Computer Debugging of the Phone

After connecting to the computer, the phone usually pops up a confirmation box asking Allow USB debugging?.

  1. Check Always allow debugging with this computer.
  2. Click OK or Allow.
  3. If you do not see the pop-up, you can re-plug the data cable, or turn USB Debugging off and then on.

  1. Use a USB data cable to connect the phone and the computer.
  2. Swipe down the phone’s notification bar.
  3. Find the USB connection notification.

Some phones may display File Transfer, MTP, or Transfer Photos/Files. Please select the mode that allows data transfer.

5. Confirm Successful Connection

After successful connection, 3ChatClaw can automatically recognize and control the phone when launching the skill. Normally, the skill will automatically open or switch to the Pinduoduo Merchant App and enter the Chat -> Today's Needs to Serve page.

If the prompt indicates that no device was detected after launching, please check first:

  • Whether USB Debugging is enabled on the phone;
  • Whether USB usage is set to File Transfer;

VIII. Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why does it prompt that environment variables are missing?

This indicates that 3ChatClaw currently cannot read the environment variables required by this skill.

Please check if you have configured and saved:

  • PDD_AGENT_TOKEN
  • PDD_REPLYING_PHONE

If you have just modified the environment variables, please save them and restart the skill.

2. Why can’t the computer recognize the phone?

Common reasons include:

  • Developer mode is not enabled on the phone;
  • USB Debugging is not turned on on the phone;
  • Phone USB usage is still set to Charging only;
  • Allow USB Debugging was not clicked in the phone pop-up;
  • The data cable only supports charging, not data transfer;
  • The computer has multiple Android devices connected simultaneously, causing the skill to be unable to determine which one to control.

It is recommended to re-check according to Part IV of this document, and prioritize replacing the data cable or USB port.

3. The phone is already connected, but why can’t the skill still operate it?

Please check:

  • Whether the phone is locked;
  • Whether the Pinduoduo Merchant App is logged in;
  • Whether the Pinduoduo Merchant App is obscured by system pop-ups, permission pop-ups, or update pop-ups;
  • Whether the current account can normally enter Chat -> Today's Needs to Serve;
  • Whether the current account has customer service handling permissions;
  • Whether the phone network is normal;
  • Whether you have manually switched to other Apps.

After processing, restart the skill.

4. Why did I receive a disconnection alert SMS during operation?

This indicates that the skill detected an adb disconnection or inability to continue controlling the phone during operation. The system will first attempt to reconnect; if it still fails, it will send an SMS alert and automatically stop listening.

After receiving the alert, please handle it in the following order:

  1. Confirm that the phone is still connected to the computer;
  2. Confirm that the data cable is not loose;
  3. Confirm that the phone is still in File Transfer mode;
  4. Unlock the phone and check if there is an Allow USB Debugging pop-up;
  5. Confirm that the Pinduoduo Merchant App is still logged in;
  6. Restart the skill.

5. Which messages will the skill reply to?

This skill processes buyer conversations under Chat -> Today's Needs to Serve in the Pinduoduo Merchant App. The skill will identify new buyer messages, generate replies, and send them via the phone.

To avoid accidental operations, do not switch pages frequently during operation.

6. Can I manually operate the phone while the skill is running?

No. The skill will automatically click, input, and return to pages while running. Manual operations may cause changes in page position, affecting the stability of automatic replies.

If you need to manually handle messages, it is recommended to stop listening first, handle them, and then restart the skill.
