The phone is a Samsung Android device. After logging in via QR code, facial verification cannot be performed as the facial verification app crashes frequently.
Could you please share a screenshot of the error? I’ll report it on my end.
You can try using a different Android phone (Huawei, Xiaomi, Vivo, or Oppo). Since this verification app hasn’t been listed on the app store, compatibility issues may arise.
We have already escalated this to the product and R&D team. You can expect a response from them by the end of today.

You can return to the WeChat page on your phone and wait for the successful login prompt.
Alternatively, you can go back to 3Chat and re-enter the QR code scanning list through the menu.
