It selects the Pending Manual Reply group, processes new user text messages in order by calling 3Chat.ai to generate replies, and automatically sends them via the Android interface. Designed for Xiaohongshu Qianfan customer service reception scenarios, the current implementation uses a serial processing mechanism with local state persistence, message deduplication, disconnection alerts, and shutdown protection to help enterprises improve customer service response efficiency and reception stability.
