3Chat.ai v4.3.1 Update: Omni-channel Expansion, Memory Capabilities Live, and a Batch of UX Refinements

Hello everyone,

3Chat.ai v4.3.1 is here, focusing on new channels, open memory configuration, and addressing a batch of experience issues concentrated in user feedback. Let’s go through them one by one.

1. New Channels for International Version: Gmail · Discord

The international version can now integrate with Gmail and Discord.

Gmail means email conversations can be handed over to the Agent for processing, which is quite practical for overseas clients or teams where email is the primary communication method. Discord targets community scenarios, allowing community messages to directly trigger AI responses without requiring manual monitoring.

2. International Version Supports Google / Facebook SSO Login

The international version now supports logging in directly with a Google account or Facebook account, eliminating the need to register a separate set of accounts.

3. ManyChat Integration Wizard Optimization

ManyChat integration was launched in version 4.3.0. This update has reorganized the integration process, making the steps clearer.

4. Main Agent Memory Configuration

Recent Memory (Latest Conversation Summary) automatically summarizes recent conversation content. The Agent no longer loses context during multi-turn sessions, so you don’t need to re-explain the background every time.

Scenario Memory (MEM0 · TTL) allows setting an expiration time for memories. Some information is only useful within a specific time window; it is automatically cleared upon expiration to prevent the Agent from making decisions based on outdated context.

Both configurations can be enabled independently or combined. The documentation explains which configuration suits which scenario.

5. Mobile Small Screen Adaptation

The interface has been adapted for mobile devices, so visiting via a mobile browser no longer causes layout misalignment. It should now be usable when you need to view conversations or handle urgent matters on your phone.

6. MCP Tool Call Support for Contact Variable References

MCP tool calls now support direct references to contact attributes, such as accountId and externalUserId. Previously, these fields required manual concatenation or extra steps; now you can select them directly in the configuration.
