Through the 3Chat platform, you can quickly connect WhatsApp with your intelligent customer service system to achieve unified management of multi-channel messages.


:gear: Steps

  1. In the left sidebar of the backend, click in sequence:
    [Channels] → [Connect Social Platforms] → [Add Managed Account]

  • Ensure the WhatsApp account used for connection is in good standing and complies with platform usage policies.
  • After integration, you can view and reply to WhatsApp messages centrally within the 3Chat backend, improving customer communication efficiency.
