Prerequisites: The Xiaohongshu account must be a business account or a KOS account; personal accounts are not supported.
Managed Service Instructions
This system provides Xiaohongshu authorization and managed services.
This system offers a managed solution combining the Xiaohongshu Commercial Open Platform and the JuGuang (Spotlight) Platform. The administrator only needs to bind the relevant application information in the system backend according to the prompts.
Preparations Before Managed Service
You can quickly connect the third-party platform to 3Chat via the following path:
First, follow the guide at 接入渠道前必做的配置 to make the necessary configurations; after completion, proceed to step 2.- [Channel] → [Xiaohongshu]
Additionally, you need to complete the following preparations:
- Prepare a Xiaohongshu business account.
- Select the matching package “3Chat Optional Add-on - Social Platform”.
Managed Service Process

After logging into 3Chat, navigate to [Channel - Xiaohongshu] via the left-hand menu.

On the page, click “Connect Xiaohongshu”.

The system will open a new page and display a window to select the channel. Click “Xiaohongshu” here.

Click [Go to Login]. Ensure that you have completed the Xiaohongshu Enterprise Professional Account certification and the JuGuang Platform promotion qualification verification (both can be certified simultaneously).

The first step requires going to [Xiaohongshu Authorization].

Click [Go to Authorization]. The original page will redirect to the [Xiaohongshu Commercial Open Platform]. Select the authorization scope as [Enterprise Accounts Only], check [Third-party Service Tools] and [Private Message Lead Data], then click Confirm Authorization to return to this system. If not logged in, you must log in to the Xiaohongshu Commercial Open Platform first.

Proceed to the next step [JuGuang Platform Authorization] and click Go to Authorization.

Go to [Xiaohongshu JuGuang Platform - Tools - Lead Tools - Third-party Customer Service Management] to find the [KOS Smart Assistant] application.

Click [Authorize New Account]. A pop-up will appear; continue by clicking [Go to Bind]. You need to agree to the unified authorization terms.
Note: If you are already logged in to this system, it will directly jump to the authorization page. If not logged in, it will redirect to the login page first.

After agreeing to the authorization, the page will return to this system, and the account management will be successfully completed.

If you clicked [Do it Later] during the second step [JuGuang Platform Authorization], you will be redirected back to the list page, and a Xiaohongshu account will be added. At this point, the account has not been fully managed. To continue the management process, click [Bind JuGuang Account] next to the account to return to the [JuGuang Platform Authorization] page.
