2.1 Enter the Feature Page
- Log in to the 3Chat Agent Management Console.
- In the left navigation bar, click Live Chat → Appearance Settings to enter the feature page.
2.2 Configure Appearance Information
1. Theme Color

2. Brand Logo
Upload or replace the brand logo icon.

Define the greeting message shown when a user visits the page, such as a welcome note or offline prompt.
