Can Shopee be integrated via the official API, or through ChatClaw?
Shopee private messaging integration is technically feasible but requires authorization through the official Chat API of the Shopee Open Platform. Whether integration is possible depends on the customer’s store market and the store’s authorization status.
If chat API authorization is obtained, you can call the 3Chat chat/completion endpoint to complete the integration.
Currently, 3Chat has not implemented official-level integration; Shopee merchants need to configure it manually for now.
