VI. Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why do I need to log in to Douyin after starting?
The Douyin web search page may require login to fully view user results. On the first run, please complete the login in the Chrome browser opened by the skill; once the login state is saved, it can usually be reused next time.
2. Why is the number of exported users less than the number I set?
Common reasons include:
- There are not enough users meeting the criteria for the current keyword;
- The follower count requirement is set too high;
Only Blue Vis enabled, filtering out regular accounts;- The Douyin web page is not fully loaded;
- Search results are restricted by login status, CAPTCHA, or risk control measures.
If the results are insufficient, the skill will write the actual number of users found.
3. What is the Follower Count Requirement?
The Follower Count Requirement is used to filter out accounts with low follower counts. The default value is 100000, meaning only accounts with 100,000 or more followers are kept.
To expand the list range, you can lower this value, e.g., 10000.
4. What is Only Blue V?
When Only Blue V is enabled, the skill only keeps accounts with Blue V verification information. This is suitable for finding enterprise accounts, brand accounts, agency accounts, etc.
If you want to collect regular influencers or personal accounts, please disable Only Blue V.
